Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Main centres: 2–4 business days from dispatch. Outlying and regional areas: allow an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are courier estimates and can be affected by weather, load shedding or courier backlogs.

A flat courier rate is applied at checkout. Product prices exclude delivery.

Once your parcel is collected by the courier, we email your tracking details so you can follow it to the door.

These are alcohol-based eau de parfum. They travel by road courier only — never by air — and each bottle is packed with protective padding in its original box to survive transit.

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming. An incorrect or incomplete address is the customer's responsibility, and any re-delivery cost arising from it is for the customer's account.
